What is RTT®
Rapid Transformational Therapy®
"I start from the premise that clients can help themselves, because I truly believe the core truth that serves as the basis of these methods that every single person is enough is a life-changing belief that everyone can instill in themselves."

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)
Rapid Transformational Therapy® also known as RTT® is a breakthrough approach for overcoming gambling addiction. It is a therapeutic method that combines elements of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Psychotherapy. It also aims to achieve profound and lasting changes in a relatively short period by addressing the beliefs that drive behaviour by accessing the subconscious mind. This is where many behavioural patterns are deeply rooted, RTT® facilitates a transformative process that can lead to rapid and substantial change.RTT® is uniquely positioned to address gambling addiction by targeting the underlying beliefs and triggers that sustain the behaviour. Sessions involve a deep state of relaxation and hypnosis, during which the Therapist guides the individual to access their subconscious mind. In this state, they can uncover the root causes of their addiction, which may stem from childhood experiences, trauma, or self-esteem issues as examples.

How RTT® can help?

By identifying and reframing these negative beliefs, it empowers individuals to rewrite their internal narrative. This process can lead to a significant reduction in the compulsion to gamble, as well as the adoption of healthier coping mechanisms. It also equips individuals with the tools to manage stress, anxiety, and triggers without resorting to gambling.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a type of therapy that uses eye movements to treat emotional distress or trauma. IEMT can help address the underlying issues that lead to gambling. For example, individuals who struggle with gambling may have experienced a traumatic event in their past that they haven't fully processed emotionally. The use of IEMT can help the person process their emotions regarding that past event, and helps to neutralise the emotional charge associated with it. Additionally, using IEMT can help to address the negative emotions related to problem gambling, including guilt, shame, and anxiety leading them to a brighter future.
